I started moderating groups at the age of 14. Yes! It has always been a passion of mine to explore what motivates people and how to bring teams closer together. With over 20 years of hands-on professional experience in managing and leading teams across diverse cultures and industries, I understand what it takes to connect between team members, have fun, inspire confidence and spark motivation. I have worked with teams of all kinds and I know the impact that a well-run, creative team-building event can have on your team. Today, I work alongside a diverse network of expert partners and trusted suppliers from various fields to craft the perfect team experience—customized, engaging, and seamlessly executed.

It is extremely time consuming finding the right experience and getting everyone on board.
